ARE HOTEL AND AIRFARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No they are not. We have a room block with our host hotels that provide you with a discounted rate.
DO I HAVE TO BUY MY TICKET ONLINE OR CAN I BE INVOICED?
You CAN be invoiced if that is what you would rather do! All you have to do is contact Nick (firstname.lastname@example.org) and he can help!

We sure hope so, but if you aren't so sure you can check with Nick.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
ECONOMIX has a no refund policy. However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee in the same year/same event if you have someone else who can attend on your behalf!
DRESS CODE - WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Jeans. Yes, we said jeans, Yes, we really mean jeans. ECONOMIX is a place that inspires and provokes creative out-of-the-box thinking. We can't have you in stiff business attire if we're going to get anything done. Yes, this also includes Office Hours.

If you're looking to get your whole team involved, consider collaborating with us on future ECONOMIX experiences. Sponsorship opportunities vary in availability but we would love for you to bring your own unique MIX to the table. Email Nick for opportunities.

Keep an eye out in each location for the Agenda. The Agenda will vary based upon location, speaker lineup and site consultants available. We will let you know once the agenda has been released for your ECONOMIX location of choice!

HOW DO I ACCESS SITE CONSULTANTS?
You access the site consultants by registering for Office Hours. You don't need to bring anything, not even your marketing materials, but a mind that is ready for great conversation around industry trends. We will even supply you with the contact information for each consultant.
WHAT ARE OFFICE HOURS?
Our team at Consultant Connect refers to office hours as "mini roundtables." All the consultants will be seated at different tables and the attendees (that's you) will rotate around to the different consultants in 10-15 minute blocks, don't worry we'll keep time. WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Our host hotel, of course! We will have a room block set up at the host hotel. Which hotel depends on the city and venue.
DO I NEED A RENTAL CAR?
No! Once you are to the hotel all event-related activities will be within walking distance.
WHAT DOES TRAVEL/TRANSPORTATION LOOK LIKE?
During the event we've got your meals covered.
